How does it work?
Appointment Reminders
Your overnight processor is set up to run program 1x44, Recall Processing For
Scheduling Appointments, based on your needs. QSI picks up the data each night and
QUIC Reminders places the calls between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time the next day. You
will receive a report back from QUIC Reminders two days after requested calling time.
For example:
| Tuesday |
Client runs 1x44 Tuesday night QSI picks up data Wednesday 5-9 p.m. |
| Calls made Thursday morning |
Results back to you To view your report, the QUIC Reminders post program (Q.QTP) is used. |
