Fast Forward Service
Don't lose touch with your patients when they move. While your statements will
be automatically forwarded to their new address, FAST FORWARD will report back t
o you the new address so you may update it in your system. Currently, the only
means to obtain address corrections is from a postcard that the USPS sends to
you for a fee.
How does it work?
As an additional service to our QUIC Statement customers, QSI will allow you to readily update your patient files with electronic address corrections. QSI will send you an electronic report of all patients who have moved to a new address so that you may revise your existing patient files promptly and easily. This valuable service will facilitate the billing and collection process.
Price
Not only does Fast Forward provide you with electronic address corrections unlike the USPS service, it only costs $.60 per correction, which is considerably less than the USPS cost of $.70 per correction.
How do you get started?
Simply check the Fast Forward box on the statement purchase order and fax or mail it back to the QUIC Network. After your enrollment forms are received, a QUIC Network representative will contact you to discuss the necessary steps involved in the setup.
