Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)
You will no longer need to spend hours manually posting insurance payments and
explanation of benefits (EOB) into your files. QUIC will automatically post them
into your system for you. Save time, money and resources and it is just that easy!
How does it work?
As an additional service to our QSI customers, the QUIC Network will receive electronic insurance payment and EOB information, and then provide this electronic data to you weekly, so that you may automatically update your files by using our posting program. You will still receive a paper EOB several days later, but you will no longer need to spend hours manually posting that information. This posting program can identify if the payment was paid in full or partially full, it can write off the current balance, it can specify particular clinics for posting, and it can post supplemental payments.

Current Participating Insurance Companies
Texas Welfare, United Concordia, California Welfare (Denti-Cal), and New Jersey Welfare are current participating ERA providing companies. If there are other insurance companies you would like to enroll in this program, please inform the QUIC Department AND please call the insurance companies requesting their participation. QUIC will gladly expand its current list to suit your needs!
How do you get started?
Simply fill out the ERA purchase order and fax or mail it back to the QUIC Network. After your enrollment form is received, a QUIC Network representative will contact you to discuss the necessary steps involved in the setup.
