Electronic Eligibility
Avoid the hassle of manually calling insurance companies and looking through

an electronic eligibility update daily or weekly that you can automatically
load into your system. Save time, money and resources!
How does it work?
As an additional service to our QSI customers, the QUIC Network will immediately inform you of patient insurance eligibility with no work on your end. We receive �real time� data from the insurance companies and provide you with that information electronically so that you can automatically load it into your system to view at anytime. You can also print out an eligibility report to determine which current patients are not eligible for particular insurance coverage.

Current Participating Insurance Companies
Texas Welfare, United Concordia, Pacific Dental Benefits, and coming soon Delta CA are current participating Electronic Eligibility providers. If there are other insurance companies you would like to enroll in this program, please inform the QUIC Department AND please call the insurance companies requesting their participation. QUIC will gladly expand its current list to suit your needs!

How do you get started?
Simply fill out the Eligibility purchase order and fax or mail it back to the QUIC Network. After your enrollment form is received, a QUIC Network representative will contact you to discuss the necessary steps involved in the setup.
