Collect patient payments faster and save valuable time by using QSI's new Direct Deposit service that will deposit patient checks and automatically transfer the funds to your bank!
How does it work?
With DIRECT DEPOSIT your patients can send their payments to a major bank's payment processing center by using a customized lock box. All of your deposit information is compiled and forwarded daily to QSI, where it is assembled into a posting file and sent back to your office for autoposting whenever you choose. QSI's DIRECT DEPOSIT also provides reports to ensure that the automatic deposits match the funds posted.

How do you get started?
Simply fill out and sign the Direct Deposit purchase order and fax or mail it back to the QUIC Network. After your enrollment forms are received, a QUIC Network representative will contact you to discuss the necessary steps involved in the setup.
