How does it work?
Statements, cards, or letters are generated on your QSI system directly into a storage file for pick up by QSI that night. QSI will connect to your system every night, scan for any files that are ready to be processed, and retrieve those files. The next day a report will be on your system detailing the number of statements, cards and letters retrieved, with the total dollar amount for the statements. Additionally, two days after the statements, cards or letters are processed, a final confirmation report will be sent detailing the total number mailed. For more detailed information see chart below.
The following list explains the various steps involved in the process:
| Day 0(before 7 p.m. PST) |
Statements, Cards or Letters ready for pickup in storage file |
| Business Day 1(before 9 a.m. PST) |
Statements retrieved and processed by QSI; printed, sorted, and sent to US Mail |
| Business Day 2 |
Statements are received and sorted by US Mail Service and are flown to their
destinations |
| Business Day 3 |
Statements arrive at their destinations and are received by local post
offices for delivery the same day or next day |
