Responsibilities: Manage enhancements to the Micromed medical practice management system to allow for implementation into dental practice enterprises and integration with QSI Chairside dental charting and imaging solution. Provide vision and leadership for a team of developers consisting of direct reports and matrix reports across departments and operating divisions.
Qualifications: Requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with client-server technologies, relational databases, and legacy to client-server reengineering and software integration projects. Must possess expertise in healthcare practice management and/or clinical applications. Should have a successful track record of leading large-scale development projects, motivating staff, and delivering superior software products to market. Bachelor�s degree required. Master�s degree preferred.
