Network Engineer - Field Services

Responsibilities: This individual will function as a primary technical support resource for QSI install sites on all network-related issues and will act as a key member in guaranteeing the success of QSI’s Field Services team; will ensure that QSI remains on the leading edge of network technologies and issues; and will provide training on network and support related topics for the Field Services organization.

Qualifications: Require a Bachelor’s degree, network certification (MSCE preferred), and/or 5+ years enterprise network experience; familiarity with heterogeneous environments with technical expertise in IBM RS/6000, Windows/NT, and AIX/Unix, knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, and the capability to design, install, and troubleshoot highly complex networks; and excellent communication skills, commitment to customer service, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
