Responsibilities: This individual will be responsible for providing hardware and software support to QSI Chairside including installation, implementation, technical support, and continued R&D product. Additionally, provide PC and desktop application support to internal QSI users, administer cc:mail; serve as backup network administrator, and support QSI’s continuous efforts to expand and upgrade internal technological environment.
Qualifications: Requires two years experience administering LAN/WAN’s and supporting desktop applications; familiarity with heterogeneous environments with technical expertise in Microsoft Office 95/97, Windows/NT, and Unix; excellent verbal and written skills coupled with the ability to train end users; knowledge of cc:mail administration and internet firewall security; and the ability to work autonomously and to multi-task in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
