Responsibilities: Based out of one of QSI's Regional Field Service Centers, this position will be responsible for the installation of hardware/software at QSI customer sites; provide hardware/software support to QSI customers; and perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for QSI's integrated systems.
Qualifications: Requires experience installing, troubleshooting, and supporting LANs and WANs with knowledge of IBM RS/6000, Windows/NT (MCSE preferred), AIX, and SCO UNIX; excellent communication skills; a commitment to customer service, and the ability to consult with QSI clients. Entry level candidates with an Associate's Degree and/or related experience are encouraged to apply; Bachelor's degree desired. Position requires 20% (annual average) travel regionally.
