Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities: Position combines strong software technical experience with excellent communication/customer service skills; provide technical and procedural trouble-shooting and support for nationwide users of QSI software products/services via on-line help hotline.

Qualifications: Experience with software technical support, application software programming or cutomer service; excellent communication skills coupled with strong problem-solving ability; previous healthcare experience desired. Bachelor's degree preferred.
