• Patient Statements - We take an electronic feed from our practice management software and convert the feed to statements to be mailed to patients reducing the labor effort in the practice to near zero.
• Recall cards - Again, taking an automated electronic feed from our practice management software, we print and send recall cards to patients meeting each individual practice's recall criteria.
• Miscellaneous other correspondence - Other correspondence opportunities such as informing patients that follow up services are due or that they have benefits remaining to be used are also customizable and available.
• Automated telephone services - utilizing data embedded in the practice management software system, QSI offers a customizable automated telephony service through which patients are reminded of next day appointments. Patient feedback options can be customized to meet individual client criteria.
• Patient surveys - can be customized and conducted via e-mail, US Mail, or telephonically.
