EDI Connectivity Services

QSI leverages its software installations in thousands of practices nationwide to expand and enhance the connectivity that providers have with patients and with payors.
Among the services currently offered in the EDI/Connectivity Suite are:
Provider to Payor
- Electronic Claim Submission - takes the paper out of claims submission, dramatically reducing labor costs and dramatically enhancing practice cash flow.
- Eligibility Checks - our EDI service suite interfaces with payor eligibility rosters to provide providers with advanced notification of which patients are covered by which payors and plans.
Provider to Patient
- Patient Statements - We take an electronic feed from our practice management software and convert the feed to statements to be mailed to patients reducing the labor effort in the practice to near zero.
- Recall cards - Again, taking an automated electronic feed from our practice management software, we print and send recall cards to patients meeting each individual practice's recall criteria.
- Miscellaneous other correspondence - Other correspondence opportunities such as informing patients that follow up services are due or that they have benefits remaining to be used are also customizable and available.
- Automated telephone services - utilizing data embedded in the practice management software system, QSI offers a customizable automated telephony service through which patients are reminded of next day appointments. Patient feedback options can be customized to meet individual client criteria.
- Patient surveys - can be customized and conducted via e-mail, US Mail, or telephonically.
