NextGen Electronic Medical Records System to be Supported by Daughter�s
of Charity Information Services
Horsham,
PA. � Clinitec International Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary
of Quality Systems Inc. (Nasdaq:QSII) announced today that Daughter�s
of Charity Information Services (DCIS) has selected Clinitec International,
Inc.�s NextGen Electronic Medical Records System as one of the
systems DCIS will support within the health care practices and
institutions that comprise, or are affiliated with, the Daughter�s
of Charity National Health System (DCNHS).
DCIS
provides information systems and solutions to DCNHS, a network
of approximately 50 Catholic hospitals (with more than 12, 600
beds), nursing homes, rehabilitation clinics, medical practices,
outreach centers, and psychiatric wards in 12 states.

NextGen is an innovative electronic medical records system designed
to improve quality, reduce risk, cut costs and increase revenues.
NextGen creates and maintains complete medical records with minimal
effort while streamlining workflow, controlling utilization, and
managing critical data related to outcomes of patient care. The
system automatically creates documents and letters, manages prescriptions
and clinical images, provides patient education, and exchanges
data with hospitals, labs and practice management systems.
