Horsham, PA. Clinitec International Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Quality Systems Inc. (Nasdaq:QSII) announced today that Daughters of Charity Information Services (DCIS) has selected Clinitec International, Inc.s NextGen Electronic Medical Records System as one of the systems DCIS will support within the health care practices and institutions that comprise, or are affiliated with, the Daughters of Charity National Health System (DCNHS).

DCIS provides information systems and solutions to DCNHS, a network of approximately 50 Catholic hospitals (with more than 12, 600 beds), nursing homes, rehabilitation clinics, medical practices, outreach centers, and psychiatric wards in 12 states.

Clinitecs NextGen is an innovative electronic medical records system designed to improve quality, reduce risk, cut costs and increase revenues. NextGen creates and maintains complete medical records with minimal effort while streamlining workflow, controlling utilization, and managing critical data related to outcomes of patient care. The system automatically creates documents and letters, manages prescriptions and clinical images, provides patient education, and exchanges data with hospitals, labs and practice management systems.

Mark Zirkelbach, DCIS Vice President of Applications and Support, said, "Clinitec became one of our preferred vendors after a systematic evaluation by a multi-disciplinary task force of available products in their market segment. We were impressed by NextGen s flexibility, but also felt strongly about the company behind the product and their track record."

"Clinitec is extremely pleased that NextGen has been selected as one of the systems DCIS will be recommending, " said Patrick Cline, President of Clinitec. "Were proud to have gained the confidence of this leading-edge organization, and were confident we can deliver the right solutions for their needs."
