QUIC
Network offers a complete suite of efficient and cost-effective electronic
data interchange (EDI) services for QSI clients. Using QUIC, your insurance
claims, patient statements, recall letters, reminder notices, patient surveys
and other correspondence can all be processed electronically by QSI. QUIC is
accessed through your existing QSI system, so the software required to
utilize QUIC is already installed on your system.
QSI's QUIC Network
offers the following services:
- ELECTRONIC
CLAIMS PROCESSING - By submitting all of your insurance claims
electronically to QSI, you will no longer have to print and mail
them! QSI sends your claims to the appropriate carriers
electronically (or on ADA paper forms to those companies that do not
accept electronic claims).
Additional services for QUIC Claims customers:
ELIGIBILITY
VERIFICATION - On-line or batch eligibility checks are provided for selected
carriers.
ELECTRONIC
REMITTANCE ADVICE (ERA) - Insurance payments and EOB's are posted automatically to your
system.
ENCOUNTER
DATA -
Encounter/utilization data is sent electronically to your carriers for FREE.
- ELECTRONIC
STATEMENTS
- QSI will print and mail your patient statements on quality paper
saving you the time and effort of printing statements, plus stuffing and
stamping envelopes.

FORWARD -
Your files are updated automatically with electronic patient address change
reports.
DIRECT
DEPOSIT -
Patient payment checks are deposited directly into your bank account and
patient files are updated automatically.
- PATIENT CORRESPONDENCE - To meet the needs of your
practice, QSI offers several correspondence services to help you
eliminate paper processing in your office.
QUIC MARKETING - QSI can help you expand your
practice by sending fliers, mailers or postcards to potential patients in
your local zip codes.
PATIENT
LETTERS -
QSI can mail patient collection letters, welcome letters, and more to help
your practice maintain relationships with patients.
RECALL/APPOINTMENT
REMINDER CARDS - QSI can
send patient appointment reminders and regular checkup recall cards for you.
- QUIC TALK - Use QSI's interactive
telephone communication service that contacts your patients for
appointment reminders, recall notices, and patient surveys.
