Accounts Receivable/Billing
QSI's accounts receivable programs efficiently manage your patient billing procedures with minimal paperwork, reducing overhead and improving cash flow. Unique patient statements are designed by your practice and printed at user-defined cycles or on-demand.  Standard trial balance, aged balance, and other financial reports are available to ensure accurate accounts receivable reconciliation and analyze provider productivity statistics.

Collections Management
The QSI System includes an extensive on-line collections management module.  Patients can be assigned to collections, and on-line work lists generated for collections personnel.  The system user is automatically prompted through their work list, applying status codes and notes to indicate the type of action taken with each account.  Future reminder messages can be set up to alert collectors to take pre-determined actions, and budget payment plans can be arranged and tracked.

Insurance Processing
QSI's insurance processing programs generate insurance claims based on user-defined templates, enabling conformity to any regional, state or federal insurance form requirements, including ADA formats.  Insurance payments are easily posted using a variety of distribution options, enabling accurate tracking of services rendered and associated revenue.  Numerous standard reports are available to track open claims, select claims for resubmission, and analyze payor performance.  An interface to the Trojan Insurance Benefits Database provides immediate access to insurance plans and employer groups, including information on coverage benefits, limitations, fee schedules, and more.

EDI Services
QSI’s QUIC Network provides an electronic link to national clearinghouses for the transmission of claims and remittance advice.  Other EDI services offered by QUIC further take the paper out of your practice including the processing of paper claims, patient statements, recall cards, marketing letters and other patient correspondence.  In addition, QUIC provides automated telephone services for appointment confirmations, reminders, lab results and patient surveys.  QSI’s QUIC Network is a cost-effective alternative for practices that normally print, sort, and mail in large volumes.

Appointment Scheduling
The QSI System provides an easy-to-use and extensive appointment inquiry and scheduling system that includes treatment planning with insurance estimation, family scheduling, and recall processing.  "Perfect-day" provider schedule templating features assist dentists and hygienists in better maintaining a consistent schedule thus maximizing available time.

Patient Demographics
QSI's patient registration programs provide quick and easy access to a patient's file, using flexible search criteria.  Account information, including insurance coverage, is quickly and easily recorded and retrieved.  Client-defined data capture screens can be designed, allowing your practice to track additional demographics, patient treatment data, or any other specialized information needs.

Management Reporting
QSI offers a wide variety of standard management reports to analyze office productivity, track patient treatment, and manage the financial aspects of your organization.  Numerous sort and sift options are available with each report to ensure your practice gets the data in a simple, concise format.  In addition, both the optional IQ Report Writer and QSI Executive Information System (EIS) enable the creation of ad-hoc database queries to meet your organization's unique reporting requirements.
