Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have BA/BS degree in computer related field with 2 years experience with a software company. Must be a team player but also have ability to work independently. Good communication skills are essential. Experience in healthcare industry, Unix, C, BASIC is a plus. There is excellent growth potential for the right individual.


 
Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:

Support Coordinator
We have a position open for an energetic person with a pleasant phone manner. This position will support the Customer Support department by answering incoming calls; logging and directing customer support related issues; generating daily/weekly/monthly reports; other administrative support to the department.
 
 
Customer Support Representative
Qualifications: Good communication and documentation skills, with experience in the medical industry - preferably someone who has worked in a medical office setting and has had some responsibility for maintaining a medical software package (for example: upgrades, back ups, managing master files, responsible for writing reports with a third party application like Crystal, supporting/training other users, responsible for working with the hardware/software vendors), or someone who has prior experience implementing, training or supporting a medical billing system; has an aptitude for picking up applications quickly, has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 products. SQL a plus!
 
 
Senior Programmer/Analysts
BSCS and at least four years developing client/server database applications. Must possess strong knowledge of Visual C++, Visual Basic, SQL, and Windows 95/98 or Windows NT
 
 
Programmer/Analysts
At least two years developing applications with Visual C++ or Visual Basic
 
 
HL7 Interface Developer
Lead the maintenance and future development of the HL7 interface engine to communicate financial and clinical with other software vendors. VB, SQL, NT, Practice Management and Commercial Software development required.
 
 
Technical Support Representatives
Ability to install and troubleshoot various application and Operating System software; including Windows95/98 and WindowsNT. Must have excellent communication skills and work well with technical and non-technical people alike. Knowledge of Unix, Novells, LANS & WANS.
 
 
Implementation Specialists
Proven track record training people to use computer software. Requirements include professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel. Knowledge related to the medical industry and medical records is a plus.
 
 
Quality Assurance Engineers
At least one year experience in software testing and technical writing.
