Russell Pflueger (43) is and has been since 2002 the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Quiescence Medical, Inc., a medical device development company. During 2001 and 2002, he founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Pain Concepts, Inc, a medical device company. He holds a chemical engineering degree from Texas A&M; University and an MBA from the University of California at Irvine.
